Problems with update 15
Hi Simon
I just had my updates 15 and 12 installed and now a very strange problem occurs: As I described in former post I have 9 instances running on one virtual windows machine. Until now I had no problems with that. Now It still seems all of the are starting up correctly but on the status bar there are only eight of the nine instances visible. But now the strange thing: On my other machines where I have minimwatch running there are also only eight of the nine instances visible, but here a different instance is missing. How can that be ?? Addition: I just restarted the Virtual machine for the second time and now everything seems ok Strange anyway |

I don't know what would cause this. If it happens again, please look in the minimserver.log file for the instance that failed to display an icon. If an icon for a remote instance is missing but the instance is definitely running, this suggests a network problem with sending or receiving SSDP discovery messages. Such glitches happen occasionally for no obvious reason. |

If it happens again, please look in the minimserver.log file for the instance that failed to display an icon. I had the loggging level on "info" and nothing could be seen for the missing instance. Additional info directly after the updates only some of the icons were up remotely and on the machine. --> this didn't happen after the last few updates. But I didn't care to much just restarted the Windows and all instances. Then the above mentioned effect occured. One instance icon was missing locally and another one missing remotely Then after another complete start everything seems fine. |
