Lovely. After installing, failing, upgrading Java, installing and not failing, and then resetting the content directory, all working fine and UPnP search working with both BubbleUPnp and Audionet iMM on iPad.
Search is fast and will make the person using iPad app most happy. Thanks very much.

Now, all I want for Christmas is for pausing to work on the Denon Ceol Piccolo and I'll be golden!

What type of files (e.g., FLAC, ALAC, AIFF, MP3) can't you pause on the Denon?

I of course hadn't done anything like actually TEST the above using the new version. Nor fully read the release notes. Humble apologies.
FLAC never used to work, MP3 sometimes did, sometimes didn't.

Now they both do. Off to donate.

I have tested Metadatics and it doesn't corrupt the WAV files. It creates ID3 (not id3) chunks for the ID3v2 metadata, which can't be read by MinimServer 0.8.1. To fix this, I have produced an online update for MinimServer (update 12) that adds support for reading ID3 chunks as well as id3 chunks.

To install this update, see the instructions in this section of the User guide.

I haven't tested the combination of creating a WAV tag in dbPowerAmp and updating it in Metadatics. This combination might not work because dbPoweramp uses id3 chunks and Metadatics uses ID3 chunks.

I haven't tested MediaMonkey. It seems likely that this is what corrupted your files, but I can't be sure of this.

I am getting puzzled here. I have a EAC rip of a cd, and as you might see the majority of this album when wrong after editing with Metadatics. Before editing you just see a raw wav file (no tagging), so purely a filename.wav format. Apparently some of the tracks are correct even with album art included (perhaps retrieved from a folder nearby?).

So tracks 1,3,4 and 5 were just fine. all the others not.

I don't know of any way to fix a corrupt file. If the files have been corrupted by Metadatics, you should report this to the author of Metadatics. In my testing of Metadatics, I didn't try adding album art.

Do you have a very large number of files in your library?

You might be able to clear this message by stopping MinimServer from the Package Center and restarting it.
