Sorry I meant Minimwatch.

I tried a completely uninstall of Java using Java uninstall tool, then a reinstall of the 64-bit offline Java installer.

Real problem is that Minimwatch now won't start at all.

For MinimWatch to start, the .jar file extension needs to be associated with the Java runtime. You can check this file association in Control Panel > Default Programs > Associate a file type or protocol with a program.

On my Windows PC, I see:

What do you see?
