For MinimWatch to start, the .jar file extension needs to be associated with the Java runtime. You can check this file association in Control Panel > Default Programs > Associate a file type or protocol with a program.
On my Windows PC, I see: Code: .jar Executable Jar File Java(TM) Platform SE binary What do you see? |
