I've just had a quick look and I don't think I'm missing any long press functionalities, but equally I had no idea it supported Qobuz and TIDAL either. There's no mention of it in the settings, and I've just - by accident - realised that I need to select a renderer for the Qobuz icon to appear, so maybe I need to select a renderer with TIDAL connect for TIDAL to appear.

Maybe it's an iOS vs Android thing, but in Android you're usually given an indication that there's functionality available e.g. vertical ellipsis, rather than having to long press everything on screen.

You’re definitely missing some long press gestures
backward browsing

.
subtitles (two examples depending on your configuration)

.
You can continue a playlist on another device if you save it, in this way the playlist is saved on iCloud (or Google drive) … different devices but same userid
.
… how could you switch library or renderer without going into the menu?
… the app has its own db therefore indexing is necessary
… to have always the same orientation depend on which orientation is you device when you launch the app (there is anyway a configuration to have the portrait orientation on tablet too)
… and more

I replied to @tarnkappe saying that I missed that, but it wasn't because it was a long press. I have no excuse for that!

I don't think they're Disc Subtitles.

In BubbleUPnP I can click on the disc heading and on the following screen choose to play just that disc. If you click on that item in Lumin it just leads to an empty playlist.

You'd need to either clear the items that have been played before you save it, or start the playlist from where you left off, but I guess that's a workaround, certainly more complicated though, and that's my point.

You can't in Lumin. BubbleUPnP has one tab for Devices (Server and renderer), one for browsing, one for playlist and one for Now Playing. My point was simply that if anything the workflow is simpler than Lumin.

Correct, and that would be a negative for the vast majority of users, especially MinimServer users!

I was talking about the icons when you're browsing the UPnP indexes. I prefer to have a horizontal index but it resets to a grid layout every time.

Please remember that I've said it's my second/third favorite app so I'm not knocking it, I'm just trying to understand how it's more complicated than BubbleUPnP.

Maybe it's just a bug, because whilst the manual says:
Quote:Press and hold on any folder to reveal a pop-up menu to add all of those items to the playlist
If I try and do that on anything other than an album or track, nothing happens. If I choose 'Play and replace' it even asks me to confirm whether I want to replace the current playlist, but it doesn't even get cleared.
