The folder is named MinimWatch, not MinimServer.

If the MinimWatch folder is not there, this probably means that Java was not installed correctly when you launched MinimWatch.

Sorry I meant Minimwatch.

I tried a completely uninstall of Java using Java uninstall tool, then a reinstall of the 64-bit offline Java installer.

Real problem is that Minimwatch now won't start at all.

For MinimWatch to start, the .jar file extension needs to be associated with the Java runtime. You can check this file association in Control Panel > Default Programs > Associate a file type or protocol with a program.

On my Windows PC, I see:
