MinimServer would need to read the audio data from the first packet of the file and the comment metadata from the second packet of the file. I am hoping this is all that is needed. This support would only be for MinimServer, not for MinimStreamer.

As with all new features, I can't make any firm commitment to implement this until I have a working prototype to verify there are no unexpected difficulties.
