Alphabetical grouping for playlists

You should type the filenames (including their .wav or .aiff extensions) in the order you want them to appear when you view the playlist.

Okay I created the .m3u file but after restarting and rescanning while I see the playlist no songs display. I have attached the log showing the errors where the file names cannot be found.

Did you put the .m3u file in the same folder as the songs, as I suggested in an earlier post?

If the .m3u file is in a different folder, each filename needs to include an absolute or relative path to the folder that contains the song file.

At first I did not. I just did that now and the same error occurs. I have attached the file I created if this helps.

Have you done a Rescan (not Restart) since you moved the .m3u file to the same folder as the songs?

Have you renamed the filenames of the songs to remove the 01, 02 (etc.) prefixes that they had previously?

What is the full path to the folder that contains the songs and the .m3u file?

Problem was the numerical prefixes to the songs were still present in the original file folder. Removed them and now everything is fine. Thanks for your help.
