Recent Files failure

Sorry, badly written response from me

I added music to the NAS on 21/6/26
both added-dates & added-files are identical (quick check only) and only contain old files

I have looked at the "@recently-Snapshot" folder and "recent" files make sense on 20/6/26 entries but not on 21/6/26 entries

Are you saying that you have a snapshot backup of the MinimServer "recent" folder with correct entries for your recently added files? If so. you should be able to get back to the correct list of recently added files by doing the following:

1) Stop MinimServer in App Center
2) Restore the contents of the MinimServer "recent" folder from the 20/6/26 snapshot that has correct data
3) Restart MinimServer in App Center

My apologies if I have misunderstood this.

This isn't a solution for what has caused the problem, only a workaround. Something has happened between 20/6/26 and 21/6/26 to cause the problem but I don't know what that could be.

Hooray, that's got rid of the ancient files, hopefully just a glitch somewhere.
