Minimwatch Unable to Restart
Minimwatch remains grayed out and I am unable to access any features other than what is under Options, Refresh, and Exit. I tried removing Minimwatch and downloading/installing another copy but when trying to download I get an error message: Download Link Error 3. Attached are screenshots that hopefully can help. I am not sure what the issue is but perhaps someone can help me sort it out.

RE: Minimwatch Unable to Restart
The greyed-out selections mean that MinimWatch has not been able to find a running instance of MinimServer on your network. Do you have MinimServer running? If so, can MinimServer be seen from UPnP control points?
There are some suggestions on this page for how to solve this problem with MinimWatch. Deleting and reinstalling MinimWatch will not make any difference. The download link error 3 message is usually caused by the web browser you are using to download MinimWatch. If you need to download MinimWatch because you have deleted the previously installed version, try using a different web browser. |

If so, can MinimServer be seen from UPnP control points? Minimserver is running as I can see and use it via my Synology NAS interface. I can see my library and play music from my control point. Why it's not seeing it from Minimwatch is lost on me. According to what I can find in the Minimwatch log subnet is 10.0.0.0. IP address for the NAS is 10.0.0.231 (DHCP), subnet mask for the NAS is 255.255.255.0. |

RE: Minimwatch Unable to Restart
Your subnet setting is correct. Are you running MinimWatch on Windows? This could be a firewall issue or your public/private network setting (see the page I linked).
If none of these suggestions seem to apply, try powering all devices off and on again. This often clears a problem like this. |

Running Minimwatch on a 2007 Mac Mini using Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.6. Rebooting the Mac Mini and the Synology NAS did solve the issue. Thanks for your help. |
