RE: MinimWatch crashes (?) on startup
Thanks for letting me know about this. It is caused by a change in MinimWatch update 98 and MinimServer update 221 that works on Java 17, 18 and 19 but not on Java 8.

I am testing a fix and I will post back here when the fix is available.

RE: MinimWatch crashes (?) on startup
A fix for this problem is available now in MinimWatch update 99 and MinimServer update 222. These updates are installed automatically when you start MinimWatch and MinimServer.

Sad RE: MinimWatch crashes (?) on startup
Hi all
On my Mac Pro with Big Sur minimwatch 2.2 Update 110 works as designed.
On my Mac Mini running Ventura the very same version of minimwatch crashes at startup, see image.
Java Console on both machines says Java8 Update 351.

Minimserver on Raspi model 3 is version 2.2.Confused

Help welcome, Greetings from Switzerland

RE: MinimWatch crashes (?) on startup
It sounds like your Mac Mini has the M1 chip (Apple Silicon). For this, you need a different version of Java. See this section for details of how to install the correct version.
