RE: FLACDecoder: ReadSubframe: java.io.IOException: Stream closed
I played a complete album and attached is the log... Not sure the Java IO errors are also present here as the logging is quite different with Debug level...

RE: FLACDecoder: ReadSubframe: java.io.IOException: Stream closed
This log doesn't show any errors. Without a log that shows one of these errors, I am unable to identify the cause of the problem.

If you see this again, please capture a debug log. A log from playing a single file is all I need.

Edit: I have looked at the log again and the renderer is behaving quite strangely, starting to stream a file, then aborting the connection after a short time, then starting the same file again, with all this repeated many times. This is likely to be the reason for the "stream closed" messages from the FLAC decoder. Which renderer are you using?

Some more info:
- To control my music I am using Mconnect (upnp based).
- My music streamer is the sotm sms 200 Ultra Neo.
- In between my audio pc (running minimstreamer) is also a switch.

For first I would try to remove/change the switch.
Which eunhasu version are you running on the SOtM? the last one is 0.5.2
If not on this version try to update, here you can find the link (bottom of the page)
https://docs.sotm-audio.com/doku.php?id=...card_image
It’s better to burn a new image instead of the OTA update as it is veeery long, around three hours

… here I’m running a very similar setup with a SOtM sms200 Neo (not Ultra) and don’t have any issue

Do you use flac:wav transcoding (no semicolon)?

How can MinimServer/MinimStreamer be connected to a renderer without using a switch? Perhaps I have misunderstood the setup.

RE: FLACDecoder: ReadSubframe: java.io.IOException: Stream closed
Q. How can MinimServer/MinimStreamer be connected to a renderer without using a switch? Perhaps I have misunderstood the setup.
A. I am using a switch. The data stream is music pc with minimstreamer > switch > sotm sms 200 Ultra Neo > DAC

Q. Do you use flac:wav transcoding (no semicolon)?
A. Steam.transcode setting = flac:wav, dsf:dopwav

Next week I will receive a new high end sotm switch, maybe they problem is related to the switch...
