MinimServer crashing when accented characters are present in the filepath

MinimServer update 193 has a change that enables you to set indexArtwork=all without getting this InvalidPathException error. Instead, MinimServer will show an informational message in the log and continue to run. The log message looks like this:

Invalid art file path: Chiara Past\u00f2

Please try installing update 193, then enable indexArtwork=all and browse to All Artists. You should see some log messages similar to the above. Please post these messages here. This should enable me to find out what is causing the problem. Many thanks.

I installed update 193 and now indexArtwork=all works.
However, I cannot find any "Invalid art file path" error in the log when browsing All Artists.
In the meantime, in any case, I bought the full license.

I tried also browsing that specific example artist, with no issue:

Browse 0$=#AudioFormat$51993$=All Artists

If you can remember which audio format you selected before All Artists, please try doing this again. If you still don't get the message, the mystery will need to remain unsolved.

Sure.
I was browsing WAV audio format.
And in fact, by Browsing All Artists for WAV, the error "Invalid art file path " shows up.

Thanks very much for this. From this log, it looks like there is some setting on your system that is causing this to happen. Please run the locale command in a terminal window and post the output here. Also, are you using Raspbian (Raspberry Pi OS) on the Pi or some other version of Linux?

Thanks very much for this. You are on a different software level that shows some errors from the locale command compared with the output I am seeing. I will try installing the same software level as you to see if I get the same result.

Also, what version of Java are you using? The log extracts you have posted don't have the first few lines that show the Java version.

I have not been able to find this version (5.4.77-v7+) to download. I have found 5.4.51-v7+ and 5.4.79-v7+ but nothing between these. Was this an official release? Where did you obtain it?

Further research indicates that Moode 7.0.1 is based on RaspiOS 5.4.77. Are you running Moode 7.0.1 on your RPi?

Yes, I'm a bit lazy so my "server" raspberry was installed using Moode 7.0.1 as "baseline"
