Recent files not recognised

RE: Recent files not recognised
I see that one of the formats you are using is WAV. There are two different ways to tag WAV files and only one of these is compatible with MinimServer.

If you are able to upload some sample files to my FTP server, I will check the tagging. I will send you a PM with the server details. Please upload one file only from each of two or three albums that you are not seeing in Kazoo (ideally one WAV, one FLAC and one m4a).

Sorry, I'm a beginner in this field....

There are several tag editors for Mac. Personally I use Metadatics. Available in the Apple App Store

Thank you Woldejans. I will get into that to inform myself.

Checkout the DBpoweramp MAC help page.

Thank you, it gave me some insight.

Again: I presume you are a Mac user?
What does Peter Stream Magic means by a "control point" and where can I find it on a Mac?

What do you use to rip cd's? Is that app not able to edit tags later on, like dBpoweramp?

No, I am a Windows pc user.

Your previous posts indicate that you use Linn Kazoo. This is a control point and is available on Android, iOS and Mac.

A control point communicates with a media server (MinimServer) and a media renderer (your audio player).

I use XLD for ripping CD's (Mac) or EAC (Windows). And yes, Metadatics is perfect for tagging music files afterwards.
