Upgrading from 0.8.5.2 (update 134) to 2.0.15 (update 171)

Upgrading from 0.8.5.2 (update 134) to 2.0.15 (update 171)
I have upgraded MinimWatch from 2.0.7 to 2.0.15 and MinimServer from 0.8.5.2 (update 134) to 2.0.15 (update 171) on a Debian system following the instructions on https://minimserver.com/minimserver2/qui...inux.html.

I have a MinimServer 2 full licence (bought on Fri, 10 Apr 2020). During the installation process, I have not been asked to enter my licence code.

If I check the configuration of the new MinimServer 2 installation (using MinimWatch) I see that my original configuration has been lost in the upgrade process. In particular, `aliasTags`, `indexTags`, `itemTags`, `mergeFolderAlbums`, `tagOptions`, etc. have new default values and are not settable. MinimStreamer also does not appear to be available as I do not see transcoding options in the `System` submenu.

Am I missing something obvious? How can I take advantage of my licence and recover full MinimServer functionalities? I was expecting MinimWatch 2.0.7 to offer me to upgrade to MinimServer 2 (and to MinimWatch 2.0.15) but this has not happened over the last days ...

Blame on me, I hadn't read my "MinimServer 2 License Certificate" through. I have now activated the full licence and everything seems to work as expected. Sorry for the noise!

Thanks, good to know I'm not the only one who missed it! At a first glance, I cannot see obvious differences between 2.0.15 and 0.8.5.2. This is very good. At the same time I am curious about the new features that MinimServer 2 should bring: do you know whether 2.0.15 already supports listing the albums that have been added more recently?

All new versions and new features for MinimServer 2 are shown on the Release notes page. This is the best way to find out what new features are provided in each new version. When the "recently added albums" feature is added, it will be listed there.

Perfect, thanks!

I am either too thick or senile but I cannot see the Licence Certificate anywhere. Can you please give me a clue?

You will receive this certificate if and when you purchase a MinimServer 2 full license.

Edit: the certificate was emailed to you at 19:53 today BST.
