grey MinimWatch icon on DS213+

Hello to the community
On my DS213+ (DSM 6.1.3-15152 Update 8) I have installed MinimServer 0.8.4.2 and on Win7 MinimWatch 0.8.4.
Since some weeks there is only the grey icon instead the "good green" ;-)
in the meantime I tried to uninstall my antivirus (AVG, latest version), another software I don't know, what could cause that problem?
what to do, to get the ("my") green icon?
The DS213+ runs and play the music as always (/w bubble ds next)

Try completely disabling the Windows firewall as a test to see if this helps. If it does, you need to add a firewall rule to permit inbound connections to Java TM Platform SE binary. You will need to do this again after every Java update.

but after I first switched off, and then again on, its stays green
