Minim Watch for WIndows
First of all I would like to say a big thankyou to the developers of Minimserver. I have a Moon 180 Streamer and a Synology server and the Synology server media software is very basic so I looked around and found Minim Server. I must say it is absolutely brilliant - It has made my Moon 180 Streamer a wonderful thing to use so thank you!!!
I have been trying to install Minimwatch for Windows but my Win10 laptop with Panda Antiivirus reports the file has a virus. It also reports Windows cannot access the specific device path or file and I may not have the correct permissions. I have tried running it as Administrator but there is no change.
Thanks

The MinimWatch file doesn't have a virus. Some antivirus programs produce false positives for this and require you to manually override this detection by doing something like "remove from quarantine". The details of how to do this vary for different antivirus programs and you should be able to get help from the Panda support team. This should fix the problem with Windows not being able to access the file.

RE: Minim Watch for WIndows
Simon - not panicking at this point but today for the first time I don't seem to be able to right click on the minimwatch icon for my minimservers. This has worked perfectly before but today (windows 10) I can click on other icons but not this one?

I managed to rescan by launching the html control via Konfig. Is this something you have seen/heard of? I can't reboot my PC at the moment because I am in the middle of something but will try that later. Thought I should mention it.

Cheers

Martin

MinimWatch might be hung. If so, you can kill the javaw.exe process from Task Manager and then relaunch MinimWatch. If this happens repeatedly, please let me know.
