MinimWatch listening on the wrong adapter?

In the package centre minimServer status is update required but the only action available is uninstall.
Presumably I need to reinstall it but its version 0.8.3 which i think is the current version

Thanks for this information. It sounds like you have recently updated your NAS to DSM 6.0, or perhaps this happened automatically. There are some changes in DSM 6.0 that require you to download and install the latest version (0.8.3.4) of the MinimServer package.

Please refer to this page for detailed instructions on how to install MinimServer on DSM 6.0.
