None work on that device.(16-02-2015 23:45)castalla Wrote: Okay - I'm completely baffled. Can you post your playlist file here? My other software renderers (upmpdcli and mpd), and two Internet Radios, all still work, although some need transcoding aac:wav. |

I'll fire up my Reciva radio - it can play aac. So what do you suggest as settings? |

Does the Reciva support tunein or vTuner or similar? I'm about to shut down for the night, so good luck! |

And minim refuses to stop or exit, Sadly, I can't waste anymore time on this, unless somebody has a brainwave! Back to squeeze2upnp, I think. |

What Control Point are you using? I gather you got some mp3s working OK, is that right? |

Sorry but I've uninstalled the whole shebang! Got fed up having to reboot to stop minimserver. I'll wait until somebody else gets it working with Reciva radios (although most of the Reciva crowd seem to have lost heart over all this BBC nonsense) |

I have declared aac in the playlist, and then omitting transcode, or (with ffmpeg) supplying aac:wav or aac:mp3. None work on that device. There seems to be a problem with the BubbleUPnP local renderer playing an AAC network stream (or a large AAC file). As a workaround, you can transcode the stream to wav, wav24 or L16 in one of the following ways: 1) Add the aac stream type in the playlist and add aac:wav, aac:wav24 or aac:L16 to the stream.transcode property 2) Don't add a stream type in the playlist and add *:wav, *:wav24 or *:L16 to the stream.transcode property Both of these require ffmpeg or avconv to be available. I have tried them with BubbleUPnP on my Nexus 7 and they are working correctly. I will report the AAC problem to the author of BubbleUPnP. |
