You (and they) can use dBpoweramp to convert LIST/INFO tags in a WAV file to ID3v2 tags. Using ID3v2 tags is a much more flexible solution because it supports a greater variety of tags and allows custom tags to be added. This is why I chose to support ID3v2 tags in MinimServer instead of LIST/INFO tags.
