Foobar2000 and its UPnP add-on (which by the way is written by Bubbleguuum, the author of Bubble DS and Bubble UPnP) are both quite configurable. But, in what I think is the default display grid, there is the 'Artist/Album' column, where the 'artist' bit is actually Album Artist, and the 'Title/Track Artist' column, where 'track artist' displays the Artist field, but only if Album Artist and Artist are different. Where there is more than one Artist tag, all the tags display as a single text field with '//' as the tag separator.

EDIT: I should have checked this first. On the foobar200 help menu, there is a title formatting help option, which displays detailed information on the contents of each field. My description is consistent with this reference.

If titles are at all long (which they tend to be on my classical albums), the Artist data (if present) will not be visible. You have to size and position the window on your display so that the full text of the entry in the 'Title/Track Artist' column can appear as a tooltip. Even on my 1920 x 1200 display, this can be a challenge.

'All Artists' in the browse tree is, as you would expect, as defined and provided by MinimServer.
