The logs show that something else on the NAS ended MinimServer by issuing a SIGKILL or SIGINT signal at approximately 06:31:25. Can you try disabling other services to find out which one is doing this? I don't think reinstalling MinimServer would make any difference, as the problem is external to MinimServer.
