It can be slow first time you index your music depending on the size of your library and the speed of your NAS. Subsequent scans are quicker.
When you add new music to the folder your need to do a rescan. If you are using Lumin, you can do this from "Library Options" in Setup. How much appears may also depend on how well you files are tagged. In Lumin look in the Folder tab for (untagged) to see what's there |
