Problem with my subscription
My annual sub payment has failed. I think because my old card was cancelled and replaced by the bank.

I had an email from sendowl, whoever they are, entitled "Charge failure for US1GBP: MinimServer license updates subscription (GBP)."
This included a link supposedly to help me sort this out but the link does not work.

I am not sure what the title means. What has failed and what does the US1GBP mean?
I do not appreciate the automatic penalty either.
How do I sort this out please?
