In fairness comparing Lumin to BubbleUPnP is like comparing a text editor to a word processor, the latter is necessarily more complicated. That being said there's only a few settings that you need to change to make it more simple than even Lumin.

• More > Settings > Library: Enable 'Track number'
  Whilst you're here you can also disable from the 'Virtual folders' section: 'Bookmarks','Saved playlists','Recently Played' and 'Random tracks/Random albums' if you're not going to use them.
• More > Settings > Local and Cloud: Disable 'Enable Local and Cloud Library' (Functionality to allow you to access not only local files, but also Qobuz, TIDAL, SMB Shares, personal cloud storage e.t.c)
• More > Settings > Look and feel: Enable 'Show Devices tab' & Change 'Side menu icon location' to 'Top bar'
  

I do like the larger index icons in Lumin that aren't available in BubbleUPnP until you get to the secondary level, and I like the track properties screen with the ability to perform a UPnP search, but then I would really miss the ability to present html and booklet links in Bubble from MinimServer.

It might be because I prefer a phone interface but I find Lumin cluttered, and then there's the indexing! Having said that it'd probably be my second option but only because Hi-Fi Cast isn't OpenHome.

The other thing to remember is that without BubbleUPnP they'd be no BubbleUPnP server, which would rule out Lumin for most people anyway!

The screenshots below represent from left to right: Device Selection, UPnP Browsing, Playlists, Now Playing and Metadata screens. Lumin is in stock settings with BubbleUPnP as detailed above.
