As has been previously mentioned the BubbleUPnP Android app does have some support for random tracks which I use. It is rather limited (across whole library)

FYI: In Bubble, try the 3dot menu next to any selection (Artist, Genre, etc.) and choose Shuffle Play. It should then shuffle everything found inside that selection.
