Melco N1A FLAC files playing at the wrong speed via MinimServer 2.1 update 210

My suspicion is that this is some sort of software issue in Melco or in the USB DAC. The DAC is an Exogal Comet Plus unit.
A full power off - wait 30s - and power on of everything has sorted it for now.
And I can play 16bit depth / 44.1kHz & 24bit depth / 48kHz files normally again.
