What issues are you experiencing with your 851N?
My guess is that, unless you have hardware problems, you will be enjoining your music pretty much sooner by installing MinimServer rather than waiting for Cambridge Audio customers service.
Lots of Cambridge Audio/ MinimServer users on this forum so it must be possible to get things working.

Ahh great, things are getting better - thanks for that.

At the moment, the 851N doesn't even accept the network PW that has worked for the last four years! The firmware is up-to-date, the network is working for everything else. I'll see what they say re the network PW on Monday then come back here if they can't fix it.
