Thank you very much for all your help with investigating this issue. This has provided most of the information that I need to reproduce and debug this problem and hopefully get it fixed so that it won't impact other users.

The only other thing I need is the settings in your profile. Please post these settings here so that I can set up a system with the same settings and repeat exactly what you did, including the errors and restarts.
