What is your complete setup (control point and renderer) for your new DAC/streamer/renderer? Does the DAC/streamer/renderer use the UPnP protocol to get the artist and title from the control point?

I have to find out. When I leave it flac and let the renderer to convert it to wav, the tag data is still present (artist and number are shown) but I know tag data in combination with wav files is difficult.

The image on the raspi is Volumio but I think it's using UPnP protocol as only the translation has lost something when sending wav to the raspi.

I will try to get som answers at the Volumio forum as well.
