Hi, it need some extra explanation.
I have many 24/* recordings and with my Linn DSM no problem is showing the correct title. All my 3200 cd's are in flac on my NAS and I let minimserver translate from any flac */* to appropriate wav */* and you always see the correct musician and number.
Now I build a new dac/streamer with the old Philips TDA1541A S2chip ( a classic superb chip) and have to translate the flac to wav but somehow the artist and trackdiscription are lost. I am using also a Raspi with Volumio.

So I have to downgrade to always 16 bit but the tda1541A chip can handle 96kHz.

But that is not the point even flac (16/44) to wav (16/44) has the same problem.

I dont where to do in this as I like Minimserver very much and upgraded to Minimserver 2 plus full license.
