Download the jarfix.exe file, place it in any folder, open Windows Explorer, navigate to that folder and double-click on jarfix.exe.

Thanks Simon, I was able to do this. I then see a window: Jarfix v3.0.0 has been registered and java can be run with a doubleclick? It has been run as an administrator account?
?what do I doubleclick java or jarfix.
It tells me it has been run under and administrator account if problem persists run under the user account.
