I'm assuming that you have some means of occasionally showing the desktop and start screen of your computer on a monitor; I don't know how you could have installed Minimserver otherwise Smile.

With the monitor connected, do the following.

1.Open the Windows 8 start screen by pressing the ‘Windows key’+’R’.

2. Type %appdata% in the box, and press Enter. This should open the folder “C:\Users\<User-Name>\AppData\Roaming”.

3. Navigate to “\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup”. The full path should now look something like: “C:\Users\<user-name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup”.

4. Right-click on the MinimServer icon on the desktop and copy and paste it into the open folder.

5. Restart Windows to check that MinimServer starts up (green icon in the system tray).

Note that this arrangement only applies to the current user profile, and that if you log off and log on again MinimServer will restart.
