This sounds like it might be a random timing issue. The trace log should help me to find out more. Did you see my reply to your PM?

I do not have such problems on my Syno 213+. with a 0.64er minim version.
I also play transcoded fLAC files (44, 88.2, 176.4, 192 kHz)
