If you leave the scan to finish (using Verbose logging to confirm that this has happened), does the yellow icon change to transparent or to red?

If you get any exception messages (you have mentioned two already), please post the full text of the exception message together with the full stack trace that follows the message. You can copy and paste this information from the MinimServer log.
