Strange behavior. Minimserver on Win10 PC

1) Right-click the MinimServer minim icon in the Windows system tray and select Properties
2) In the Properties window, select the System tab
3) In the ohnet.subnet field, type: 10.0.0.0
4) Click OK
5) Right-click the MinimServer minim icon in the Windows system tray and select Restart
