Troubleshooting question

So the NAS is connected to a fiber (same thing happened when all copper switch/cables too) Diablo switch in the music room. This switch runs from my ATT Uverse router. Off this switch are my music room sources (Caps music server with other Minimserver on it), Rendu renderer, Playpoint renderer, another music server. My desktop (the one involved in the result above and the one that also shows buffering when simply using JRiver pointed to the NAS), is directly connected to the router. The router also has another switch off it for other parts of the house (currently irrelevant).
