I am sorry to hear that you are having so many problems with this.

I am sure there are many suitable routers because most users are not having these problems. My own setup uses a separate router and wireless access point (both Cisco) but this would be too expensive and difficult to configure for most uers.

This suggests that routers from Buffalo, ZyXEL, Billion, D-Link, NETGEAR and Ubiquiti would be suitable.

I will also start a new forum thread asking users to post their experiences of routers that work correctly with multicast discovery.
