MinimWatch Not Opening

So is the IE browser bit spec involved ? if so how do I find mine, About/Help doesn't say.

Please try completely uninstalling Java and installing Java 8u60 Windows x64 using the download from this page.

If this doesn't improve things, what exactly happens when you try to launch MinimWatch by double-clicking the desktop launch icon?
