error locking config file

Unfortunetly I can't from FileStation.
Maybe you know a different way to do this? I've even tried to do this from putty.

NASik> rm -r MinimServer
rm: can't stat 'MinimServer/appData/minimserver.config.lock': Input/output error
rm: can't remove 'MinimServer/appData': Directory not empty
rm: can't remove 'MinimServer': Directory not empty

It's seems that this folder is empty, except as well empty subfolder appData.
