I am also having issues with long delays between tracks and gapless playback. Not sure if this is a networking issue but I am hoping you might be able to shed some light on the problem. I’ve attached the log file as per your instructions where I played two consecutive tracks and there was a long delay between tracks (about 10 seconds). Using MinimServer 0.8.3 update 65 and MinimStreamer 0.5.12 alongside BubbleUPnP Server (0.9-update9) installed and running on a QNAP TS-112. Digital streamer is a Moon Mind 180, connected via ethernet to a router and connected to amp/dac via coaxial. Using the Lumin iOS app on iPad as a control point.
