unable to launch the status windows

Hi

I followed the installation procedure for minimserver related to the synogy 213j . Java is properly installed with the correct 64bit version; I also installed manually MinimServer-0.8.3b-armv7.spk (for Synology models with an ARMv7 processor) .
Minimserver installation seems successfull however when I click on the icon, it opens a new window http://XXXXX.synology.me:9790/
but it cannot connect to this syno port and therfore the status window is not launched...
I tried several software installations, changed the wireless network so as to be on the same local network as the syno etc... I did not find in the forum a satisfactory answer to this issue:
