Hi
I followed the installation procedure for minimserver related to the synogy 213j
. Java is properly installed with the correct 64bit version; I also installed manually MinimServer-0.8.3b-armv7.spk (for Synology models with an ARMv7 processor) . Minimserver installation seems successfull however when I click on the icon, it opens a new window http://XXXXX.synology.me:9790/
but it cannot connect to this syno port and therfore the status window is not launched...
I tried several software installations, changed the wireless network so as to be on the same local network as the syno etc... I did not find in the forum a satisfactory answer to this issue:

Does it use the exact URL you have posted:
http://XXXXX.synology.me:9790/
or did you replace something else with XXXXX when you posted this?
The correct URL is:
http://n.n.n.n:9790
where n.n.n.n is the local IP address of your DS213j. Do you have some network setting that is causing this IP address to be redirected to XXXXX.synology.me?
