You can do this already. Just make sure that your genre tags are populated in every track (you can even have multiple genre entries if you wish) and include genre in your indexTags entry. Minimserver's intelligent browsing feature will then ensure that the browse list presented to your Control Point responds to the browsing steps you take. After nearly 18 months of using MinimServer, I still enjoy and admire the way this happens.
