Of course, you are right; I wasn't thinking about this correctly The issue might be with my renderer, which is not bothering to display anything, when the stream type is WAV. That is, no album art or Album/Genre/Artist - literally, just the filename. I've seen this behavior with both Sony and Pioneer Blu-ray players, used as renderers. I'd hoped that AIFF would present differently. Everything works, in that the tracks play and the control point (i.e. Bubble or Kazoo) displays the meta data just fine. |
