Tonight I was looking to play a set of tracks from an Oratorio and this made it really easy to do so. Apologies for missing it before.

I think the reason I didn't spot them immediately is that they appear at track level, not container level, and many of my plays are done above track level. Is that intentional? So, for instance, if I have an Album with many 'Works' (groups of tracks), and/or minimserver 'Groups' (which can be Works, or parts of Works such as Acts in an opera), I do not have the option to 'play from here' half way through the Album (which could be many discs-worth).

I had not thought that this would be useful for containers, but your 'Works' usage certainly makes sense. However, this would be much more complicated to do than it seems, and I'd rather avoid it if I can Smile Why not go up one level in the hierarchy, add the whole thing, and edit / start play as appropriate inside the playlist instead ?

I have just added code to restore the scroll state when going back in the hierarchy (and a "back" popup if you click away from entries), so this should be much more practical now.

Also the "dark" button does something now, the default view is styled so the active buttons should be a bit more visible. and the splitter state is saved / restored when quitting and re-starting the app.
Thanks. I hadn't realised it would be more difficult to act on containers. 'play from here' is a lot easier for a user than editing a playlist that can be quite long (we are talking over a hundred tracks in some cases). And I'm lazy. Getting to where I can see, say, all the Parts of an Oratorio and then having to back up to 'play all' is another mouse click Smile

I'll try the new features later and report back.
