This shouldn't be happening if the Tracknumber and Discnumber tags are set correctly. MinimServer should produce a combined album listing like the following:

track 02 Disc 1
...
>> Disc 2
track 01 Disc 2
track 02 Disc 2
...

Some questions:

1) Which UPnP control point are you using to browse your library?

2) What format(s) are your files? (e.g., FLAC, WAV, MP3, ALAC, MP4/M4A)

3) Do your files have Tracknumber tags?

4) Do your files have Discnumber tags?

5) Which ripping program do you use?

The answers to these questions will enable me to make some specific recommendations for how to get what you want.

with regards to your questions above:

1) I currently use Lighting DS for iOS (to operate an Auralic Aires).

2) Files have multiple formats: they are all lossless ALAC, FLAC and DFF some of those ALAC and FLAC being 96/24 192/24. However the majority is 16/44-48

3) Yes the tracks are indexed individually and they have a track tag

4) I believe most of the multiple CDs have no disc number tag

5) I rip my CDs using dbPoweramp.
