Unfortunately, neither of these thread dumps matches the debug log that you sent earlier showing a Browse request failing to complete.

Please can you restart MinimServer completely from the QNAP App Center and also restart Kazoo. After doing this, repeat the original debug log instructions and use the log window to verify that it is hanging in a Browse request, then take a thread dump that matches the Browse request hang. Many thanks!
