Thank you for the further explanation, Simon. Just to be clear: it is at present possible to revert from MinimServer 2 to MinimServer 0.8.5 on a QNAP NAS, because MinimServer 0.8.5 is the version available for download from the QNAP AppCenter. Once MinimServer 2 replaces 0.8.5 in the AppCenter, reversion (on a QNAP NAS) will no longer be possible. Have I understood this correctly?

Reversion will always be possible if you have a copy of the older .qpkg file that you can install manually.
