RE: Upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04
I don't yet have a complete picture of the exact chain of events that led to your current situation. I think this probably started with an unexpected race condition between the two MinimServer instances you are running on your Ubuntu system. As well as producing the "cannot create directory" error, this caused some incorrect records to be written to the license server database and this is what caused the "too many activations" error. To confirm exactly what happened and make the necessary changes to prevent this happening again for you or other users, I need to do some further study of the license server logs.
From the information you have provided, I think the "cannot create directory" problem is now resolved. For the "too many activations" problem, I have made some updates to the license server database that I hope will solve this problem. Please try again and let me know what happens. |
