You need to install either ffmpeg or avconv. These are very similar, so the choice comes down to which is simpler to install on the platform you're using to run MinimServer.

For Windows, it should be simpler to install ffmpeg. There are good clear instructions for doing this on this page. After following steps 1, 2 and 3, exit MinimServer by selecting Exit from the minim icon in the system tray, then relaunch MinimServer by double-clicking the desktop launch icon. Reinstalling MinimServer and/or MinimWatch won't make any difference. It seems that ffmpeg isn't installed correctly on the machine running MinimServer and this is what needs to be fixed.

It's possible to do this but not as an add-on. See this post for instructions. The download location is linked from this post.

You need to add them as custom radio stream URLs in the Sonos Windows app. There's no need to transcode or use ffmpeg. See this page for full instructions.
